Terms & Returns

These terms apply to all orders placed at Store OG. Please read them before you buy. Questions? Email support.storeog@gmail.com.

Prices and payment

Any taxes that apply to your order are calculated and shown at checkout before you pay.
Shipping is added at checkout and shown before you pay.
Payment is handled securely by Stripe. Your order is confirmed once payment is approved.

Production and delivery

Every item is printed on demand at a print house close to the delivery address.
Production takes 2–5 working days, plus shipping time.
You receive an order confirmation by email, and tracking details when the parcel ships.

Right of withdrawal

As a consumer in the EU you have a 14-day right of withdrawal from the day you receive your order. To use it, email us within 14 days and return the item unused and in its original packaging. You pay the return shipping unless the item is faulty.

Returns and refunds

Email support.storeog@gmail.com with your order number and we send return instructions.
Once the return arrives we refund you to the original payment method, normally within 14 days.
Damaged or faulty items are replaced or refunded in full, including shipping. Send us a photo and we sort it out.

Complaints

You have a three-year right to complain about manufacturing faults under Swedish consumer law. Contact us first — if we cannot agree, you can turn to the Swedish National Board for Consumer Disputes (ARN).

Colours and sizes

Screens vary, so printed colours can differ slightly from what you see here. Sizes are listed in both cm and inches on the About & FAQ page.
