This policy explains what personal data Store OG collects when you visit the site or place an order, why we process it, and what rights you have under the EU General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR).
Who is responsible
Store OG is the data controller for the personal data described here. You can reach us at support.storeog@gmail.com with any question about your data.
What we collect
- Order details — the items you buy, size, quantity and price.
- Contact and delivery details — name, email address, postal address and phone number when provided at checkout.
- Payment details — handled by our payment provider. We never see or store your full card number.
- Technical data — basic information needed to serve the site securely and keep it working.
Why we process it
- To take payment and fulfil your order (performance of a contract).
- To send order and delivery updates.
- To handle returns, complaints and customer service.
- To keep accounting records as required by law.
Who we share it with
We only share what is necessary to complete your order:
- Stripe — payment processing.
- Gelato — our print-on-demand partner, which receives your delivery address to produce and ship your order.
- Shipping carriers — to deliver your parcel.
- Hosting and database providers — to run the store and store order records.
We do not sell your personal data.
How long we keep it
Order and invoice data is kept for as long as required by accounting rules. Other data is deleted when it is no longer needed for the purpose it was collected for.
Your rights
You can ask for a copy of your data, ask us to correct or delete it, restrict or object to processing, or receive it in a portable format. Email support.storeog@gmail.com and we will reply as soon as we can. If you are not happy with our response you can contact the Swedish Authority for Privacy Protection (IMY).
Cookies
We use only what is needed to keep your cart and checkout working. We do not use advertising or tracking cookies.
